bitdefender 只能扫毒不能杀毒吗

I downloaded and instalded bitdefender_avplus_v10 ,then registered it ,I find it efficiently to detect virus ,but can not move virus to quarantine or delete virus !
I just downloaded a virus zip file packege size 3.8M and scaned it when virus found I selected delete selection but when I run a second scan it shows all the 3568 virus been fihded the same as first scaning resultls .and so is of the same package size as the begining .
at first I thought it might be my operating default .but it was not that thing .
now I try to desribe my operating procesure
Abtuvurus-->scan menu-->Misc Tasks -->Contextual Menu Scan-->Overbview-->Scan Level -->I select High scal and then click Custom then in the Advanced scan options submemu select open ardhives
and in First Action I select prompt user for action .
then scan ,and virus find I all select delete.
why I can no delet infected files and virus
